These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message program operated by Aligned Web Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) under the program name The Automated Owner.

When you provide your mobile number and check a consent box, you may receive text messages such as: delivery of the free checklist and resources you requested, updates on automations you ask us to build, account and support notifications, and — if you opted into marketing — special offers, discounts, and service updates. You choose which categories you consent to, and consent to texts is never required to receive your checklist or to use our site.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number you are messaging with. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
